Rewire CEO Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the participant (“you” or “Member”) for enrollment in the Rewire CEO Program (“Program”).
Please review the terms below before completing your registration.
1. Program Overview
The Rewire CEO Program is a high-performance coaching experience designed for business owners and executives who are ready to regulate their nervous system, optimize their performance, and lead from a place of clarity and strength rather than stress and overwhelm.
This Program is available by application only and is designed for business owners and founders who are experiencing dysregulation as a result of the demands of their success.
Your enrollment includes:
- One monthly group coaching call with Dr. Rewire
- Two monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls with Dr. Debbie
- One DNA Test
- One Neurotransmitter Test
- Rewire Score assessment retaken every 3 months to track and measure your performance optimization progress
This is a done-for-you high-performance experience. Your only job is to show up and do the work.
2. Payment & Refunds
The Rewire CEO Program is available at a fixed investment for the program term. Payment options will be outlined at the time of enrollment.
All payments are non-refundable. Whether paid in full or via a payment plan, your enrollment is a commitment for the full program term. Missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or non-use of program benefits do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or cancellation of payments.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your attendance or usage.
Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of all access. For any billing concerns, contact support@drrewire.com.
3. Non-Transferability & Term Commitment
Your enrollment is personal and non-transferable.
You may not share your access credentials, call links, or materials with any other individual.
Early withdrawal does not release you from your payment obligations for the agreed term.
4. No Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice
This Program provides educational and mindset-based tools for personal growth and performance optimization. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You agree to consult qualified professionals for needs outside the Program scope and acknowledge that all content is for informational and educational purposes only.
Dr. Rewire and Dr. Debbie are not acting as licensed medical or mental health professionals during sessions. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the tools and insights shared.
5. Conduct and Right to Remove
To maintain a safe and professional environment, the Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund or credit for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, at our sole discretion.
6. Program Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify the Program schedule, format, coaches, or content at any time. While we strive to deliver consistent value, specific call times, guest experts, or topics may vary.
7. Media Use
Program sessions may be recorded for internal or promotional use. By participating, you grant DASH Enterprises, Inc. the right to use your likeness, name, voice, or testimonial in future educational or marketing materials, in any media format, without additional compensation.
If you wish to opt out, you must notify support@drrewire.com in writing at least 72 hours before any live session.
8. Legal Terms
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
You agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations regarding the Program.
