Rewire Brain Performance Certification Agreement

This Agreement outlines your participation in the Rewire Brain Performance Certification Program (“Program”) hosted by DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company” or “we/us”). Please review the following terms carefully before enrolling.
1. Program Participation
You agree to participate in the Program, including the required 5-day in-person certification event. This training is designed to equip you with tools to integrate brain-based performance support into your professional practice. This Program is intended for professionals who are ethically and legally responsible for how they use the information provided. You agree to participate in good faith and complete all assigned activities, assessments, and requirements.
2. What’s Included
Your enrollment grants you access to:
- Immediate online training
- Authorization to begin offering the Dr. Rewire Brain DNA Test as an affiliate
- A 5-day live certification training (required for full certification)
- Post-event support
- Access to proprietary tools and templates
All materials provided are for use within your scope of practice. Certification is contingent on full participation in the 5-day training, satisfactory completion of all program components, and adherence to Program guidelines and ethics.
3. Payment & Refunds
By enrolling, you commit to the full Program fee. No Refunds: Due to the nature of this live event and digital resources, all payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling options may be offered case-by-case for emergency situations only.
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may result in immediate removal from the program and permanent revocation of access to its resources and content and future offerings. We are committed to transparent communication and request that any concerns be brought to our attention directly so we may address them promptly and professionally at support@drrewire.com.
4. No Medical Advice
This Program provides educational tools related to brain performance and client engagement. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. You agree not to present this training as medical advice unless you are licensed to do so and acting within your professional and legal scope of practice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared during and after the Program—including frameworks, templates, assessments, videos and materials—is intellectual property to DASH Enterprises, INC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice, but you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or teach this content without express written permission from the company.
6. Conduct & Certification Rights
To maintain certification, you agree to adhere to the professional and ethical guidelines of the Program, use the Brain DNA Test and related materials responsibly and within your professional role, and refrain from using Program materials in any misleading or unethical way. The Company reserves the right to revoke certification and/or access to Program materials if any part of this Agreement is violated.
7. Media Use
You may be recorded or photographed during the 5-day certification event. By agreeing to this Agreement, you grant permission to DASH Enterprises, Inc. to use your name, likeness, voice, and/or written or spoken testimonials in promotional or marketing materials, in any format now known or developed in the future.
If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, you must submit a written opt-out request to support@drrewire.com prior to the event.
8. Program Changes and Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Program schedule, content, Presenters, or format as needed. In the rare event that a portion of the of the Program is discontinued or no longer offered, participants may be provided with an equivalent or higher value replacement offering at the Company’s discretion. Such replacement may include tickets to alternative events or membership programs of equal or greater value.
9. Legal Terms
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
