Revenue Rewire 12month Program Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trivedi Enterprises, Inc. (“Company” or “we/us”) and the undersigned participant (“you”) for participation in the Revenue Rewire Program (“Program”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing this Agreement, you irrevocably agree to its terms, acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accept all conditions. If your application is approved, this Agreement becomes binding. Any amendments will be communicated via the contact information you provide.

2. Payment Commitment & Payment Terms

You are enrolling in the Revenue Rewire 12 Month Track.

Pay in Full
One payment of $9,000, due at enrollment.

Payment Plan
$1,000 per month for 12 consecutive months, billed automatically on your enrollment date each month.

By accepting this Agreement, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method per the option you chose at checkout. You understand the following:

Full Commitment: You are committing to the full 12 month program term and are responsible for the entire program fee regardless of participation or completion.
30-Day Grace Period: If within 30 days of your enrollment date you determine this program is not the right fit, contact us at and we will part ways with no further financial obligation. Any payments made prior to the grace period request are non-refundable.
After 30 Days: You are locked into the full 12 month term. All remaining payments are due in full per your selected payment schedule. No refunds will be issued after the grace period has passed.
Month-to-Month After 12 Months: Upon completion of your 12 month committed term, your enrollment will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the monthly rate of $1,000 USD until you provide written notice of cancellation to support@drrewire.com. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel.
All payments made are non-refundable and must be completed per the payment schedule, even if you discontinue the Program. Think of this like college: not attending class or failing does not entitle you to a refund.

3. The 10-Point Guarantee

If your Prosper Score does not increase by a minimum of 10 points within your first 4 months of the program, the Company will work with you to make it right — provided all of the following conditions are met:

You have attended a minimum of weekly group coaching calls during the 4 month period
You have completed the required Prosper exercises as outlined in the program modules
You have attended a minimum of one Unshakeable Mind live event
You completed your Prosper Score baseline assessment at enrollment and your 4-month reassessment

If all conditions are met and your Prosper Score has not increased by 10 points, contact support@drrewire.com and we will review your case and determine next steps together.

This guarantee applies to the 12 Month Track only and is void if the above conditions are not satisfied.

4. Program Description

Revenue Rewire is a brain training program built around the Four Brains Rewire System and the PROSPER Method. The program is designed to identify and rewire the neurological patterns affecting business performance across 7 areas: Promotion, Recruitment, Offering, Satisfaction, Price, Economics, and Responsibility.

This is not a sales training, marketing strategy, or business coaching program. Results depend on your active participation, completion of exercises, and engagement with the program materials and coaching calls.

5. What’s Included

Your 12 Month Track enrollment includes:

Weekly group coaching calls with Dr. Rewire and the coaching team for 12 months
Revenue Rewire brain training modules
WhatsApp community group access
Prosper Score baseline assessment and reassessments throughout the program
2 Unshakeable Mind live events (all 4 events for Pay in Full enrollment)
Four Brains DNA Test ($199 value)

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in this program does not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes. Individual results vary based on personal effort, commitment, participation, background, and other factors outside the Company’s control. The 10-Point Guarantee in Section 3 is the sole performance guarantee offered and applies only under the conditions stated.

7. No Financial, Legal, or Medical Advice

The program and its coaches do not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or accounting advice. Nothing in this program should be construed as such. Consult qualified professionals for matters in those areas.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Confidential Information: All information shared within the program — by the Company, coaches, or fellow participants — is confidential and may not be disclosed outside the program.
Program Materials: All materials, frameworks, tools, and content are the sole property of Trivedi Enterprises, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or used outside the program without written permission.
Violations may result in immediate termination of participation without refund and may be subject to legal action.

9. Program Conduct

The Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate participation without refund if you:

Disrupt program sessions or the WhatsApp community
Fail to adhere to program guidelines as communicated by the coaching team
Negatively impact the experience of coaches or other participants

10. Media Release

By accepting this Agreement, you grant Trivedi Enterprises, Inc. permission to use written, audio, or visual content you voluntarily provide during the program — including testimonials, results, and case study information — for promotional and marketing purposes. Your last name and sensitive personal information will not be shared without your explicit consent.

To opt out of this media release, notify the Company in writing before the program begins at .

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
