90 Days to Unshakable Health Program Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company” or “we/us”) and the participant (“you”) for participation in the 90 Days to Unshakable Health Program (“Program”). Please read the following terms carefully.

 

1. Commitment & Participation

You agree to fully engage in the Program and take personal responsibility for your participation, progress, and results. This Program is designed to support your health and mindset journey, and your outcomes will depend on your level of consistency, openness, and active engagement with the content and community.

2. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee as outlined at the time of purchase, regardless of your level of participation, progress, or completion.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this educational and results-driven experience, your enrollment reserves a seat and activates access to proprietary content. Just as with a university course, choosing not to attend or not completing the Program does not entitle you to a refund.

Discounts for full payment and any available financing options may be subject to separate terms.

3. Program Nature & Disclaimer

This Program is educational and performance-focused. It is intended to support your health journey through mindset work, lifestyle strategies, and self-awareness tools.

The Program does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare. You agree to consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

4. Confidentiality & Materials

You agree to respect the confidentiality of all Program participants and not share or disclose any personal or sensitive information discussed within the community.

All Program content—including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and coaching materials—is the intellectual property of DASH Enterprises, Inc. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, taught, or repurposed in any format without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Conduct & Participation

We are committed to creating a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all participants. You agree to engage in the Program respectfully and in alignment with our community standards.

The Company reserves the right to pause or remove your participation without refund if your conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of this Agreement or Program guidelines.

6. Media Release

You may be invited to share testimonials or appear in promotional content. If you voluntarily choose to participate, you grant DASH Enterprises, Inc. permission to use your name, image, voice, and written or verbal testimonials in future marketing or educational materials.

If you prefer to opt out of any such media use, you must notify us in writing at support@drrewire.com.

7. Program Modifications or Termination

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Program schedule, content, delivery format, or facilitation team, as needed, to enhance the experience or accommodate unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event the Program is canceled, participants may be offered a comparable alternative or future credit at the Company’s discretion.

8. Legal Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
