Delta emails will be sent out as soon as Dr. T announces them. We will post on the Ultimate Rewire Facebook page to check your emails when they are announced.

Delta check in will be at 8:15  am and doors open at 8:45 am.

We do not require negative Sar-cov 2 tests any longer. But, if you are feeling poorly, we ask that you take a Sars-Cov 2 test in order to be sure you are not positive before entering the room. A positive test will then avoid your cancellation fee

Hotels have many different temperatures in their large rooms, bring layers, stay comfortable.

• Bring water and your own snacks to take care of yourself.
• Bring snacks and portable food – meals will not be provided (DoorDash and Grubhub are options but also consider packing portable soups (like Dr McDougalls), fruit, crackers and nut butter etc. One of Dr. Trivedi’s pet-peeves are crinkly wrappers! We suggest placing snacks in quiet containers or plastic baggies so it is quiet when you reach for something.
• Bring your own writing utensils (pens, markers, highlighters) and an extra notebook.

Check in time is about a half hour before doors open. Please be ready to find your seats when the doors open at 8:45 am.

First day will be a long day, into the evening, please be aware so you get rest before and after.

Thursday will finish before dinner time, with a reception in the evening with Dr. Trivedi. We suggest you spend some time there with him and the community.

There will be a reception with Dr. Trivedi in the evening, Thursday. If you must leave early, that is up to your discretion.

Please let us know if you cannot attend Delta 14 days in advance to avoid the $250 cancellation fee. We will not be able to waive the fee unless you are contagiously sick and can prove it.

Go to the Facebook Page and connect with your fellow students for activities in the mornings and during the week. Students love to invite each other to interact and share activities and transportation etc.
