This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the participant (“you” or “Member”) for enrollment in the Rewire U Level 1 Certification Program (“Program”).

Please review the terms below before completing your registration.

1. Membership Overview

The Rewire U Level 1 Program is an 8-week neuroscience-based training designed to certify you as a Rewire Coach using the DNA Performance Rewiring methodology.

Your enrollment includes:

●  Access to the full 8-week Rewire U Online Curriculum covering the DNA Performance Rewiring methodology

●  Weekly group coaching calls for 3 months

●  Official Rewire U Level 1 Certification upon passing the final assessment (see Section 5)

●  Right to coach clients using the DNA Performance Rewiring methodology

●  Co-delivery client license structure ($300/client for module access)

●  Certified Rewire Coach designation and badge

●  The Program combines video modules, group coaching calls, and practical tools to help you apply and teach the principles of the DNA Performance Rewiring methodology.

2. Payment & Refunds

You may choose to pay the Membership fee:
● In full at the time of enrollment, or
● In monthly installments (subject to additional terms, if applicable)
No Refunds: All payments are final. Whether paid in full or monthly, your Membership is a commitment for the full 12-month term. Missed events, schedule conflicts, or non-use of the benefits do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.
If you select a monthly payment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your attendance or usage.

In verified emergencies, the Company may, at its sole discretion, allow you to defer to a future cohort.

Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of all access, including community access. For any billing concerns, contact support@drrewire.com.

3. Non-Transferability & Term Commitment

Your enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

You may not share your access credentials, call links, or materials with any other individual.

Early withdrawal does not release you from your payment obligations for the agreed term.

4. Certification Requirement & Assessment Deadline

To receive your Official Rewire U Level 1 Certification and the Certified Rewire Coach designation, you must complete and pass the final certification assessment. You agree to complete the final assessment within four (4) months of your enrollment date. Failure to complete the assessment within this window may result in forfeiture of your certification eligibility at the Company’s sole discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to complete the assessment within the required timeframe. If you do not complete the final assessment within the four (4) month window and wish to regain access to the assessment, a Reactivation Fee of $197 will be required before access is reinstated. Reactivation is granted at the sole discretion of the Company and does not guarantee certification.

5. Coaching License & Co-Delivery Terms

Upon certification, you are granted the right to coach clients using the DNA Performance Rewiring methodology under the co-delivery license structure. Client module access is licensed at $300 per client. This license is personal and non-transferable and is contingent on maintaining good standing with the Company.

6. No Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

This Program provides educational and mindset-based tools for personal growth and performance. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You agree to consult qualified professionals for needs outside the Program’s scope and acknowledge that all content is for informational purposes only.

7. Conduct and Right to Remove

To maintain a safe and professional environment, the Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program — without refund or credit — for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, at our sole discretion. Removal includes forfeiture of community access.

8. Event Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the Program schedule, format, coaches, or content at any time. While we strive to deliver consistent value, specific call times, guest experts, or topics may vary.

9. Media Use

Program sessions may be recorded for internal or promotional use.

By participating, you grant DASH Enterprises, Inc. the right to use your likeness, name, voice, or testimonial in future educational or marketing materials, in any media format, without additional compensation.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify support@drrewire.com in writing at least 72 hours before any live session.

10. Legal Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

You agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations regarding the Program.
