Rewired Collective Agreement

Rewired Collective Membership Program Agreement Presented by DASH Enterprises, Inc.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company” or “we/us”) and the participant (“you”) for enrollment in the Rewired Collective Membership Program (“Program” or “Membership”).

Please review the terms below before completing your registration.

1. Membership Overview

You agree to attend and fully participate in the Rewired Mind Event. This experience is designed to The Rewired Collective is a 12-month membership program that grants you unlimited access to all Rewired Mind live events hosted by DASH Enterprises, Inc. during your active membership period.

Your Membership includes:

  • Admission to any and all scheduled Rewired Mind events for the duration of your membership (in-person or virtual)
  • Priority access to registration for events (subject to availability and event-specific capacity)
  • Exclusive communications and updates related to the Rewired Collective

This Membership is valid for 12 consecutive months beginning on the date of enrollment and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

2. Payment & Refunds

You may choose to pay the Membership fee:

  • In full at the time of enrollment, or
  • In monthly installments (subject to additional terms, if applicable)

No Refunds: All payments are final. Whether paid in full or monthly, your Membership is a commitment for the full 12-month term. Missed events, schedule conflicts, or non-use of the benefits do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.

If you select a monthly payment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your attendance or usage.

3. Event Access and Registration

Your Membership includes access to all Rewired Mind events held during your active term. While your admission is guaranteed, advance registration is still required for each individual event to confirm your seat and receive relevant event details.

If an event reaches capacity, priority will be given to early registrants. We encourage prompt registration when new events are announced.

Travel, accommodations, and meals are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Non-Transferability & Term Commitment

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access, tickets, or event registration with another person.

The 12-month commitment is binding. Early cancellation or withdrawal does not result in a refund or termination of payment obligations (if paying monthly).

5. No Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

The Rewired Collective offers educational and mindset-based tools for personal development and performance. This Program does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You agree to consult licensed professionals for any needs outside the scope of the Program, and you understand that all content is for informational purposes only.

6. Conduct and Right to Remove

To maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants, we reserve the right to remove any individual from the Event—without refund or future credit—if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of any Event guidelines.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the Program offerings, event schedule, locations, or format at any time. While we strive to offer a robust schedule of events throughout the year, exact event dates, locations, and frequency may vary based on availability, demand, and logistical considerations.

8. Media Use

Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By enrolling in the Rewired Collective, you grant DASH Enterprises, Inc. permission to use your image, voice, or testimonials in promotional and educational materials across any media now or in the future.

If you prefer to opt out of media use, you must submit a written request to support@drrewire.com at least 72 hours prior to attending a scheduled event.

9. Legal Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
