By registering as a Creation Ambassador for DASH Enterprises Inc. (dba Dr. Rewire), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
Creation Ambassadors must be 18 years or older to participate. By signing up, you agree to ethically and truthfully promote Dr. Rewire’s products and services in alignment with these terms.

2. Affiliate Commissions
Ambassadors will earn commissions based on successful sales referrals. The specific commission percentages and payout structures are detailed in the Ambassador portal upon registration.

3. Payouts
Payouts will be processed 30 days after the referred sale to account for potential refunds. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payout details in the Ambassador portal to ensure timely payment processing. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delayed or forfeited payouts.

4. Promotional Guidelines
Ambassadors may not engage in deceptive practices to generate traffic or sales.
Promotions must adhere to Dr. Rewire’s branding guidelines, which prohibit false or exaggerated claims about products, services, earnings, or health benefits.
Any promotional content should be honest, transparent, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards, including FTC guidelines for endorsements.

5. Restrictions
Ambassadors may not bid on Dr. Rewire-branded keywords in paid search campaigns or use misleading or unethical practices to promote Dr. Rewire products.
Ambassadors may not offer unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or incentives to generate sales outside of approved promotions.

6. Termination of Agreement
DASH Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to terminate any Ambassador partnership at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Engagement in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Violation of branding guidelines or promotional restrictions
• Failure to comply with applicable legal standards

Termination will result in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions and immediate cessation of your Ambassador status.

7. General Conditions
DASH Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Ambassador portal or by email. Continued participation as a Creation Ambassador constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
