1 on 1 Resonator Program Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DASH Enterprises, Inc. (“Company” or “we/us”) and the participant (“you”) for participation in the 1 on 1 Resonator Program (“Program”). Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Commitment & Participation

You agree to fully participate in the 1-on-1 Resonator Program, which consists of twelve (12) private 30-minute coaching sessions with Dr. Rewire, delivered weekly over the course of approximately three (3) months. These sessions are conducted virtually, unless otherwise arranged due to a live event or special circumstance.

You understand that the value you gain from this Program depends on your willingness to show up, engage fully, and implement the tools and insights provided. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated under the Rescheduling Policy (see Section 4).

  1. Program Fee & Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee as outlined at the time of registration.

No Refunds: Due to the individualized and high-touch nature of this Program, all payments are non-refundable. You are reserving a spot in a time-sensitive, limited-capacity experience. Choosing not to attend sessions, withdrawing early, or not completing the Program does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

Payment plans may be available and are subject to separate terms. All scheduled payments must be completed, regardless of participation status.

3. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

This Program provides educational and mindset coaching services designed to support your personal and professional growth. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that Dr. Rewire is not acting as a licensed medical or mental health professional during these sessions. You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on the insights or tools shared, and you agree to consult licensed professionals for any medical, psychological, or legal concerns.

4. Scheduling, Re-scheduling, and Missed Sessions

Calls will be scheduled in advance and mutually confirmed. If you must reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours notice.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Rescheduling is offered at the discretion of the Company and is not guaranteed.
  • All sessions must be used within 4 months of the Program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Conduct & Right to Remove

The Company reserves the right to remove you from the Program at any time—without refund—if your conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates the terms of this Agreement. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful coaching environment.

6. Confidentiality

Your participation in the Program is confidential. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed by the Company, except as required by law.

All tools, content, and materials provided by Dr. Rewire and DASH Enterprises, Inc. during the Program are proprietary and for your personal use only. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or teach this material without prior written permission.

7. Media Release

You may be invited to share testimonials or success stories. If you voluntarily agree, you grant DASH Enterprises, Inc. permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and statements in promotional materials. You may opt out by notifying us in writing at support@drrewire.com.

8. Program Modifications or Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify the Program structure, content, or format as needed to improve the participant experience or respond to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Legal Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
