Delta emails will be sent out as soon as Dr. T announces them. You will use the website to click your dates and sign the waiver. We will post on the Ultimate Rewire Facebook page to check your emails when they are announced.
Delta days start promptly at 8:30am, check in at 8 am, 8:15 am Doors open.
Business casual is recommended. Please bring layers as the hotel conference rooms fluctuate in temperature.
Hotels have many different temperatures in their large rooms, bring layers, stay comfortable. You may bring food and whatever you need to take care of yourself through the event days.
Delta days all start promptly at 8:30am, check in at 8 am, 8:15 am Doors open. Thursday will be a long day, into the evening, please be aware so you get rest before and after. Friday will finish before dinner time, with a reception in the evening with Dr. Trivedi. We suggest you spend some time there with him and the community.

There will be a reception with Dr. Trivedi in the evening. If you must leave early, that is up to your discretion.

Delta is for Ultimate Rewire Masters only, if your spouse is in the program as well, they are welcome and will register separately.
Please let us know if you cannot attend Delta 14 days in advance to avoid the $250 cancellation fee. We will not be able to waive the fee unless you are contagiously sick

Go to the Facebook Page and connect with your fellow students for activities in the mornings and during the week. Students love to invite each other to interact and share activities and transportation etc.

From the Airports

O’hare International Airport (ORD): From O’hare Merge onto 190 / 190 E / 190 E becomes I-90 E/Kennedy EXPY E. Take exit 50B toward East Ohio St. Turn Right onto N. Orleans St. Turn left onto W. Illinois St / Turn Left onto N. Lower Michigan Ave. 505 North Michigan Ave.

Midway International Airport (MDW): Follow Highway I-55 North to merge with Lake Shore Drive North, approximately 3 miles South of Downtown Chicago. continue past Soldier’s Field and the museums to the Monroe Street exit. Follow Monroe Street 2 blocks West to Michigan Ave. Turn right on Michigan Ave. and continue a 1/2 mile to the bridge over the Chicago River. After you cross the bridge, the hotel will be the third building. 

There is a daily parking fee.
